This months recipe is a warm dish and a family favorite. The recipe is Grandma Connie’s Grandmother’s recipe, Grandma’s Meatballs! - 2 Beaten Eggs
- Salt & Pepper if desired
- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- Enough crackers crumbles to stick together, but not dry
- Fry 3 medium onions sliced
- Mold mixture into balls
- Fry in the onion grease
- Place meatballs in casserole
- Onion on top of meat
- Pour two cans cream of mushroom on top
Bake at 325° for an hour and half and serve with rice.
