For the month of October, GoodGrandma℠ would like to suggest a gift idea to keep the kids safe at Halloween. We are recommending the gift of GLOW STICKS and/or FLASHLIGHTS to use the night of Trick or Treating. We found several places where you can purchase fun novelty flashlights, links are below. Or, you can go with the fun and creative idea of glow sticks. Either way, these gift ideas will work to keep the grandkids safe on Halloween night.
In addition to keeping the kids safe walking around in the dark, we recommend lighting up your own home and walkway. Keep the area where trick or treaters will be coming through free of obstacles. When the time rolls around to shut ‘er down or the candy is out or it’s way past your bedtime, turn everything off letting the spooky visitors know you are done for the night.
