Our Furry Grand’s Teeth

Taking care of our furry friends includes taking care of their teeth. GoodGrandma℠ has recently learned about dental care in preparation for Marco and Polo first dental cleaning. American Veterinary Medical Association says, “Dental health is a very important part of your pet’s overall health, and dental problems can cause, or be caused by, other health problems. Your pet’s teeth and gums should be checked at least once a year by your veterinarian to check for early signs of a problem and to keep your pet’s mouth healthy.”

Marco and Polo are now four years old. They will be visiting our family veterinarian to have their teeth cleaned. Please check back for the outcome of their visit.

Dental Visit Update: Marco and Polo’s dental exams went well! They neither one had any teeth extracted. Both dogs recovered quickly and all went well.
