When you hear Super Hero, the first thought may be Superman, Iron Man, Thor, or Captain America. However, today we celebrate our current heroes! GoodGrandma, along with Papa, want to give a shout out to our medical professionals, first responders, military personnel, grocery store workers, pharmacy workers, truckers, take-out food providers, educators and all those who continue to keep us safe, serve us, and provide us the goods we need! Thank you for your help and service during these unstable times.
Our real-life superheroes may not have superpowers or wear capes, but they are also great role models who serve and protect while fighting evil.

Who is your hero? I took the opportunity to ask my grandchildren who they feel is their hero. Their responses were heartwarming.
- I don’t really know. I don’t think of anyone as “my hero,” but I admire Papa’s generous spirit and sense of humor.
- My Mom
- My hero is my mom. There’s no doubt about it. She has helped me through every challenge, and she is the kindest and funniest person I know. She’s my rock. I know that I can always turn to her and she will be there for me, no matter what.

- I don’t real think of anyone as my hero, but I really respect Papa.
