DIY Summer Wreath ~ Flip Flops

Happy Summer! 😎

Summer is officially here! And what better way to celebrate than making a DIY patriotic flip flop wreath?! GoodGrandma℠ has loved the IDEA of a wreath for each month of the year. It’s a fun way to greet neighbors, friends, family, and most importantly, the GRANDKIDS!!! 🚪👋🏼

Materials Needed

• Metal Wreath
• Flip Flops
• Flowers
• Bows
• Ribbon
• Hot Glue Gun
• Wire

Instructions: Start by weaving the flip flops through the metal wreath. Use wire to secure the flips flops. Add the bows and flowers, securing to the metal wreath with wire. Once all of the items are in place, use hot glue to anchor everything in place — lastly, hot glue sparkly stars to the front of the flip flops. 🇺🇸

This wreath was simple to make and inexpensive. The only suggestion, don’t buy size 9/10 flip flops! A smaller size would have been sufficient. However, with the more gigantic flip flops, you definitely won’t miss the wreath! All materials, but the red wire ribbon, purchased at Dollar Tree, ribbon from JoAnn. The total cost of the patriotic flip flop wreath, under $25.00. Not bad!
