GoodGrandma℠ would like to share some of our 4th of July traditions from over the years. As a child I remember going to a city parade in the morning, having a picnic at the local park with music and activities, and then finishing off the day watching fireworks. Since that time amazing shows, concerts, baseball games, and other activities have happened as events of the day. Some other fun activities that have taken place from time to time; swimming, blow up waterslides, slip and slide baseball, or even neighborhood pot luck BBQ’s with an amazing firework show from our neighbor and friend Mike McKell. GoodGrandma has learned to be flexible when it comes to traditions. Whether it’s a tradition that has continued through the years, changed over time, or has simply ended, whatever happens that day, we are sure to have fun celebrating our countries birthday! Happy Independence Day, America!
